Who am I?
My name is André Gouveia. I was born in Porto, and I’m a native European Portuguese speaker. I also speak English and Spanish, which helps me support learners from different backgrounds.
What is my experience as a language teacher?
I began teaching languages in 2014, starting with English and later adding European Portuguese. In 2017, I transitioned to online teaching, and since 2019 I’ve been fully dedicated to teaching European Portuguese to adult learners around the world.
Why did I create this website?
My goal is to share the experience and knowledge I’ve gained throughout my teaching journey with students and anyone interested in European Portuguese. I hope to create high‑quality content that supports and accelerates the learning process, making the language more accessible, enjoyable, and easier to master.
